Fees, explained before you ask
You should not have to ring three times to find out what a place costs. Here is exactly what is in a RightStart fee, what sits outside it, and how to get today's numbers in writing.
The short answer
A RightStart monthly fee covers the programme, meals and snacks, everyday learning materials and the termly learning plan review. A one-off registration fee applies when you enrol, and deposits are held against the place. Full day costs more than half day, and siblings are considered together. We send the current fee sheet on request so the figure you get is today's, not last year's.

For context, parent guides put typical Bayan Lepas half-day preschool fees at around RM500 to RM800 a month and full-day care with meals at roughly RM850 to RM1,350, depending on the centre (hiparents.com.my, 2025). Ask us where we sit and why.

Questions
Fee questions
Why are the exact fees not listed on this page?
Because they differ by programme, by day option and by start month, and because a number published once tends to sit there out of date. Ask and you will have the current sheet in writing.
Is there a sibling discount?
We quote siblings as a family rather than as two separate enrolments. Tell us both ages and we will show you the difference.
How are after-school care and tuition priced?
Separately from the early-years programmes, because it depends on the stage, how many afternoons a week you need and which subjects are coached. Ask and we will put it on the same one-page sheet.
Do I pay for public holidays and school breaks?
The monthly fee assumes the normal Penang school calendar. We will walk you through how holidays and long absences are treated before you sign anything.
Can I start mid month?
Yes. Fees are pro-rated from your start date.
What is not included?
Uniform, books and optional enrichment or excursions are charged at cost and always listed separately.
